5. NU Help Desk

Helpdesk is a student group under Nagoya University whose main purpose is to support incoming and existing exchange students under the NUPACE program. Throughout the semester, we are located at the lobby of Nagoya University's international building where we tend to any queries that exchange students might have. We also plan monthly events for international students to serve as a platform for them to interact with Japanese students as well as experience and better integrate into life in Japan. For example, shopping tours, NUPACE welcome party, visit to Meiji-mura, fireworks event, Halloween party, Christmas cake making party and New Year's visit to the shrine are amongst the myriad of events we have organized in 2023. We are looking forward to welcoming international students to plan these events and help exchange students with us. Our weekly meeting is scheduled every Thursday during lunch time. If you have a passion for helping other exchangers, please contact us through e-mail or Instagram, we are looking forward to seeing you there.
